Welcome to the very first episode of my Bundesliga Career Mode! In my brand new project, we’re taking over at the SchucoArena as new Arminia Bielefeld manager, aiming to take the lads from Bundesliga newcomers to European giants. This is an RTG where we’ll be primarily focusing on signing young players and bringing through youth players with high potential from our academy, trying to make them the best players in the world. One of the lowest rated teams with one of the lowest transfer budgets, this should be a challenge, but I’m looking forward to it. Let’s go! ??

Great idea to start a career mode save in Germany and trying to establish one of the lower table teams in the top flight. I like that. Try to sign beside the German players also players from neighbor countries as most of the German teams do so (Switzerland and Austria are quite popular). So scouting in those countries could be an option too. Nicolas Seidl from RB Salzburg would be a great addition to the squad as a CDM or CM. He has Medium|Medium work rates and pretty balanced stats. Another idea is the 22 year old Belgian winger Mike Tresor who is a CAM but is in my eyes much more suited in the LM position. He has 3 Star weak foot and 4 Star skills, 84 acceleration, 88 agility and good dribbling and ball control. He could definitely add some creativity on your wings. I would also sell Prietl to make some room for young talents to play. For more ideas please ask me. As I am a German football fan I think I know quite a bit about German football and football in general. I like your content btw and have been watching your videos for nearly 3 years now.

Docks please don’t go too big on the German core, maybe something like an Eastern European core. You don’t have to sign the same nation in every single career mode, it’s getting a bit old now
