When he's running, just stay calm.
When he stops, just pretend to dive into one side.
Before he shoots, dive into the other side.

it is possible to save this, and no you don't need to be fast to down and save the penalty, you just need to fake going one direction and then dive the other.
Top tip: play for country that's never gonna be involved in a shoot-out in a major final.

It's not like no one has invented this technique before – no one before cheated like this with getting away with it – seriously, goalkeeper without any privileges has to endure some stopping before shooting ?????? It is stopping – everybody sees that. It's obvious only a manekin would totally stop moving after running (as 'specialists' claim it would be a cheat than) ,still – it is not natural and shouldn't be legit.
